Do you really offer shipping worldwide?

Yes! We are proud to offer worldwide shipping at no minimum order! Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. If you are unsure of a certain delivery location availability, simply contact us and we’ll get back to you! 

Why are your products so affordable?

We source and aggregate products from all over the world. We match the best quality for the best value and offer these products for sale on our online store. As we strive to be the best, we offer affordable shipping to you. You also get to benefit from free UK and  USA delivery as well as cheap worldwide shipping!

How do you ship packages?

A bulk of the packages are strategically located in our main warehouses in China will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or DPD.

What about customs duties and taxes?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. Each country has their own regulations of import duties and taxes. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. To avoid complications, you can simply check on your country’s import duties. Usually, none are imposed on our products.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some of our shipping agents, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us directly and we will get that sorted out for you!

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is also due to out strategic warehouse positioning and product sourcing.
